“Rooms were spotless. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. ”

“Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. ”

“The property is well located- right off the freeway to get to downtown Omaha in less than 10 minutes. Excellent price. It's pretty basic but completely serviceable. The property has been refurbished- decor in grays and whites. But things like the shower fixtures, a/c unit in the room, all work great though they are older. Very clean and quiet. Queen beds were firm and comfortable. The breakfast had the regular stuff- including waffle maker,oatmeal, yogurts, pastries, toast, hard boiled...

“Was all we needed for a tournament weekend. Staff was cordial and helped with everything we needed. Only downside was no hottub but couldnt argue for the price downtown. Parking was $15 a night unless its full. Breakfast was par. Could see our family staying again. ”

“We especially thought the staff was great. The maintenance man went out of his way to help. What we didn't like was being placed by a family with two large dogs that howled and barked for a good part of the evening. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear everything. The drapes let in a lot of light at the top so the room was quite light at night. and the bathroom fixtures were starting to rust and the toilet lid was lose until the maintenance man came and fixed it. Breakfast was good with...
